Something happened to my cell phone account at Sprint today. I can’t dial out and people that call me get an error message and can’t leave a message, but the data and BlackBerry service work just fine. *sigh*

UPDATE: 2007-01-12: Finally, after about 3 hours with tech support and multiple escalation tickets that yielded no results over the last 2-3 days, I contacted the retention department and got it fixed within a couple of hours. I should have known better, always use the retention department.
